Registration and booking for congress participation can solely be made online via My symposium.”

NEW: There are now two ways for you to pay for your ticket. 1. Use your credit card (VISA or Mastercard) on the Eventfrog website - a small processing fee will be added for this service, or 2. you can wire the symposium fee directly to the HMTM (no extra charge). Further information on both payment methods will be available during the booking process.

Symposium Fee

Symposium fees include the following features:

* Students (other than HMTM, LMU, TUM), pensioner, unemployed, poster presenters

Registration and booking of symposium participation

1. Registration:

Please register first under My Symposium - Registration. You will then receive an e-mail with an activation link. Click here to activate your registration and to select your password.

2. Symposium booking:

Log into the system via My Symposium - Login. Complete missing data and book a corresponding symposium ticket through My Symposium – book participation. You will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail with payment information.

Please consider the above mentioned deadlines when making your payment. When not paying in due time you will have to pay the higher conference fee.

 

Symposium Account

After login you can retrieve information on your payment of the sympsium fee under My Symposium.
